New Monitoring System for Distributors and Platform Managers

DALLAS, TX, OCTOBER 05, 2011 - From QBOS Newsletter Issue 01 vol 02: QBOS unveiled a new monitoring system today that gives distributors and platform managers additional insight into resource usage and client support. The new session monitoring system is also integrated with QBOS' issue tracking system, AEMS, automatically reporting on any issues a user may have had during their current session, whether the issue has been picked up by QBOS Support staff and what actions are being taken. The new System Monitor is now available under System Control. Review the [Security].[Session Monitor] permissions set for access.

The new QBOS Integrations Tool Kit further streamlines the integration of systems built upon the QBOS platform with external and proprietary systems.
DALLAS, TX, SEPTEMBER 18, 2011 - From QBOS Newsletter Issue 01 vol 01: The QTP (QBOS Transactions Protocol) has been newly versioned, streamlined and also upgraded with enhanced documentation. In addition, a new Applications Library Plug-In has been added to QTP to allow seamless integration between solution providers' QBOS applications and their clients' systems. The tool kit also includes new upgrades to the Bulk Import/Export utility as well as additional support for XML, WSDL and XSD standards. In addition, all of the various integrations with standard external systems such shippers, government, banks, credit card processors, etc., are now referenced from a single source within the Integrations Tools. They are still accesible from within their various subsystems, however they are now also accesible from this one common interface.

GDS is a U.S. GSA provider specializing in policy implementation and services for the full life-cycle of document management (including scanning, document control, storage and audited destruction according to retention policies). This partnership will allow for GDS' scanning and physical document management services to be provided via the QBOS platform throughout the QBOS distribution network while also allowing GDS to workforce-automate many of its policies.

DALLAS, TX, AUGUST 23, 2010 - QBOS Inc. CEO, Bob Henderson presented at the National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies (NASCLA) annual conference. NASCLA is a non-profit organization founded in 1962 dedicated to the mutual assistance of its members in striving for the better regulation of the construction industry in order to protect the health, welfare and safety of the general public.
