Examples of applications built with the QBOS® Design Studio:
- Bidding System - RFB's (Requests for Bids) are entered into the system by lenders upon which contractors bid. Both the RFBs and the bids may have associated documents attached. Once a bid is accepted, the contractor is notified and a purchase order is created and issued to a manufacturer. Upon work completion, an invoice is created and sent to the RFB submitter. Payment is received and processed into payments to the contractor, manufacturer and other associated vendors. The process from beginning to end is managed by a workflow generated by the QBOS system.
- Investment Prospect Tracking System - Potential prospect companies for investment are entered into the system, whereupon a life cycle workflow self-initiates. The workflow drives the process of information gathering and due diligence, along with weighted valuation and management team assessment.
